新しい上海のヒルトン系ホテル

まだ両方のホテルともに、予約は受け付けていないようですね。
万博を当てにした開業でしょうに・・・。
まず、今年早々に開業しているはずだった「コンラッド上海」。
デザイン重視の大きな高層建築ですね。

こちらは、最近の展開著しいウォルドルフ・アストリア・ブランドの「ウォルドルフ・アストリア上海オン・ザ・バンド」。

「The 266-room Waldorf Astoria On The Bund Shanghai will comprise two buildings.
The main entrance at the heritage building will be located at No 2 on the Bund which housed the infamous Shanghai Club, an exclusive Gentlemen’s Club in the 1920s.
This building will be connected by a courtyard to a new-build modern tower located behind the Bund on Sichuan Road」
だそうです。
なるほどね、また相当豪華なホテルが誕生しそうです。
モルディブなどは、ウォルドルフ・アストリアのオープンによって、ヒルトン、コンラッドと計３ブランドでの展開です。
ホテル不況の日本からは考えられない盛況ぶりです。。
